The Founder Pass is a commemorative and community digital product.

It does not constitute a security, an investment contract, a promise of future shares, or a voting right within 9558-0452 Québec inc. If a fundraising round is ever organized, it will be conducted in accordance with the regulations of the AMF (Quebec) and Canadian authorities, and will be accessible only to qualified investors or under regulatory exemptions.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Does the Founder Pass give me shares in the company?
No. The Founder Pass is a digital product (commemorative certificate + community access). It confers no ownership, shareholder, or dividend rights.

Will I be able to invest later if I am a Founder?
Anyone interested in a future investment will need to follow the regulated process in effect at the time of the fundraising round. Holding the Founder Pass does not guarantee the ability to invest.

Is the certificate personalized?
Yes. The PDF is generated with the first and last name provided at the time of the order.

How do I receive the newsletter?
Registration is done automatically with the purchase of the Pass. You can also sign up for free by writing to us (see section 1 above).

Can I give the Founder Pass as a gift?
Yes. It can be given as a gift like any digital product.
