Refund Policy — DAF Founder Store Credit
The DAF Founder Store Credit is refundable under the following conditions:
Eligible Refunds
- Only the amount actually paid is refundable — not the bonus credit value.
- Example: if you paid $50 to receive $55 in credit, the maximum refund is $50.
Service Fee
- A 10% service fee is deducted from the amount paid on any refund.
- Example: refund on a $50 purchase = $45 refunded ($50 − $5 service fee).
Conditions
- The credit must not have been used, either partially or in full.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
- Store credit is transferable but cannot be exchanged for cash beyond the terms stated above.
