Digital products (e.g., guides, templates, courses) are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. Refunds for digital products will be granted only if the file is proven defective or non-deliverable.

We ship to addresses within Canada and the United States unless otherwise stated. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Free shipping offers apply to select orders exceeding $150 CAD before taxes, shipped to Canadian addresses, unless otherwise specified.

## 6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
### 6.1 Physical Products
You may return unused, unopened physical products within **30 days** of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.
### 6.2 Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within **7 days** of delivery at mrobitaille@darkaifactories.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at our expense.
### 6.3 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Digital products and downloads
- Gift cards
- Customized or special-order items
